Experiencing joy in our lives is true bliss. It’s about finding happiness within every day of your life, and in who you are in every area of your life.

Life balance has become a catchword we hear a great deal these days, but how easy is it to achieve? It’s difficult to be spontaneous when our plate is full and we’re balancing family, work and a multitude of responsibilities.

Mentoring

Take on your life! Through a three-month practical mentoring programme, meeting weekly or fortnightly, we work together on the areas of your life in which you would like to achieve mastery, and have your dreams and goals become a reality. You will delight in your accomplishments as you see your life begin to transform.

As your mentor, I also help you to create milestones to reach your goals and dreams, and will encourage you in your accountability for achieving each step. This is a facilitative process and one that you will come to enjoy as you feel that sense of achievement each time you reach an important milestone.

Wardrobe Makeover

Even our wardrobes can bring us a sense of joy! This service, for women only, is a special delight for me as I get to indulge my love of fashion. Having lived in Italy for eight years, I was surrounded by the very best in fashion and elegance, while at the same time learning the pleasures of mixing and matching my wardrobe in ways I would not have previously imagined.

What we wear says so much about us, and also affects how we feel about ourselves. Wouldn’t you love to have a wardrobe where everything in it makes you feel fabulous, and there’s something to wear for the many varied activities in your life!

I do a complete audit of your wardrobe, discarding or putting aside for altering what no longer works, and showing you how to mix and match your clothes in new ways. I can work with you to plan and shop to have your entire wardrobe be a source of continual pleasure.
